Research at Thiele

Thiele maintains one of the largest research and development centers in the world dedicated solely to pigment-related research.  With a 19,000-square-foot facility and 25 scientists and technicians devoted solely to pigment-based research, it’s no wonder that Thiele holds 43 patents in the kaolin field and is regarded as an innovation leader.

In addition, Thiele operates a 4,000-square-foot specialized paper coating laboratory in Sandersville, Ga.
