Thiele Announces ISO 9001:2000 Upgraded Compliance

Thiele Kaolin is pleased to announce it has achieved ISO 9001:2000 status as of August 13, 2003.  Thiele first obtained ISO 9002:1987 status in December 1992.  Thiele has continually improved its quality system to comply with evolving requirements of the ISO Standard.

Thiele Kaolin Company holds Certificate No: FM 22359 and operates a Quality Management System, which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for the following scope:  “the mining, processing, distribution, research and development and sales of kaolin products for use in the paper, catalyst, rubber, plastics and related industries.”
